Accepting New Members

Membership will strictly follow in accordance with CEO and President of Carolina OutKast Steppaz. Membership is offered to any potential member in the state of North Carolina within 100-mile radius of the city of Raleigh, North Carolina, regardless of race, gender, creed or national origin, the potential member has volunteered a minimum of 150 hours of service to the organization and attended a minimum of 1-2 mandatory meetings from when they request membership attendance record maintained by the Secretary of the COS Organization shall be the determinant when attendance questions arise at required meetings. All parties interested in membership will serve a 30 to 60-day probationary period and must have a basic knowledge of 10 basic trail ride line dance pending COS Executive Board approval. Individuals will serve the organization as a Probationary Member.
